Egg Spinach Salad Recipe


 Quick and hearty salad made with the goodness of eggs. This healthy salad has a delightful mix of baby spinach, parmesan, salt, spices and boiled potatoes, to make this simple salad you just need a few ingredients in place, give it a nice crispy toss and enjoy. Give your lunch/dinner a sumptuous twist with this yummy recipe.

Ingredients for egg spinach salad recipe  

  • 4 egg
  • 150 gm small potatoes with skins
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dry red chili
  • salt as required
  • water as required

How To Make Egg Spinach Salad

Step 1 toss the potatoes

Take a pan and add water along with a dash of salt, add the eggs and cook them till they turn hard boiled. In the meantime, take a pan and add olive oil.

step 2 toss the potatoes

Once the oil is hot enough, add in garlic chopped sauté for a minute, then add in small potatoes. once done, add the spinach leaves, spices, cheese, cheese and give it a nice toss.

step 3 serve hot!

Turn off the flame, transfer the salad to a serving plate, add in the boiled eggs by cutting them into half, season with salt and pepper. garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy!
