Easy Egg Salad For Dinner


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Hard boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes, or until they are cooked through

2. Immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
